The McClure Family

August 29th, 2009 , Posted in Uncategorized

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing the McClure family up in Cata Vadera near Lincoln, California.  The McClure’s have four gorgeous children, and the oldest drove us all around in their golf cart scouting locations.  That was fun!  I was holding on to my camera for dear life :)  There are tons to post but thought I would start with these……  Thanks guys!

Leanna: Realtor Head shots

August 21st, 2009 , Posted in Uncategorized

So Leanna contacted me a few weeks back and wanted to do something different, something fresh and fun,not your every day realtor grey or blue background shot.  You know, the picture that you see on just about all realtors cards.  They are effective but I thought it was so cool that she was stepping out of the box and trying something different.   I was honored that she selected me to capture these pictures for her.  Thanks Leanna!  Isn’t she just gorgeous with that red hair and perfect skin???  You were a blast to just hang out with too!  Enjoy!

Sidney Claire: Studio Session….Too Cute!

August 21st, 2009 , Posted in Uncategorized

Last night I had the chance to photograph my little niece, well it’s actually my nephews daughter so not sure what that technically is  :)  She is just a doll.  My nephew is back from Iraq and special forces training for a month with her and we have so enjoyed spending time with them.  So when I had a chance to photograph that little face of hers and that HAIR!  I jumped at the chance.  Hope you enjoy JP!  Love you….  Auntie C

David + Kelly: Married! Flower Farm, Loomis California

August 21st, 2009 , Posted in Uncategorized

I had the pleasure of photographing David and Kelly’s wedding with Tori last weekend at the Loomis Flower Farm here in Northern California.  It was adorable!!!  It’s actually a bed and breakfast with little bungalows for rooms and a few private homes on the property.  Just lovely……  I could have photographed there for another three hours if there wasn’t a room full of people waiting for a party to start :)

One of the funniest things I have seen at a wedding occurred here….. the guys came up to the front of the ceremony dancing individually to the song Men in Black, dark glasses and all.  It was classic.  I captured all of them but this one groomsmen cracked me up, not to mention I loved his hair-do.  So many great moments…..

Just felt the need to add this frame on this picture…..it just has that old time feeling as she walked past the truck….. with her pink cowboy boots on, of course.

Danville Family Portraits

August 10th, 2009 , Posted in Uncategorized

I received a call from Sharon last week asking me if I could find time to photograph her four grandchildren since one of her daughters was coming in from Florida for the week.  I of course said yes and moved some things around to make it work for her.  I met them all in Danville in one of the most gorgeous areas I’ve ever seen, the Diablo Country Club in the bay area.  Gorgeous homes!!!  So when I pulled up to the home, my mouth was watering and my brain was spinning with all the places to photograph here.  Amazing!   After the session was over I was talking to the mom’s and asking what took “K” to Florida, and she told me she worked for Disney (and since I’m a HUGE Disney fan, I continued to ask questions)…..  Long and short, she is the gal that sings the songs during the fireworks show and when everyone is walking out of the parks in both Disneyland and Disney World Florida!  I just thought that was the coolest thing ever!  OK, so now onto the important part, the kids :)  They had the bluest eyes and were the most photogenic, beautiful, handsome kids I’ve seen.  Thanks Sharon for allowing me to be part of your day and photograph your grandchildren.  It was an honor.
